Throwing Water Balloons at Cubmaster
The Cubs of Pack 32 were promised one water balloon for every $250 in popcorn sales to throw at Cubmaster Rob. March 14th it was time to make good on that promise. Fortunately for Cubmaster Rob the parent filling the balloons made them difficult to break.
