Distinguished Citizen Dinner 2009

On November 19, 2009, Bert George received the 35th Annual Distinguished Citizen Dinner Award from the Santa Clara County Council. The play-by-play Voice of the San Jose Sharks, Dan Rusanowsky, was the Master of Ceremonies. Nearly 400 attended the event and over $165,000 was raised to benefit over 16,000 youth and 4,000+ adults who are part of the character building program of the Boy Scouts here in the Silicon Valley.
